I learned so much, plus they sent me home with a cookbook so I can recreate these dishes at home. They were happy to accommodate my peanut allergy, plus my dietary restrictions of no beef/pork. For the first time during a cooking class abroad, I was actually able to eat ALL the food I cooked. All the staff were wonderful! Excellent kitchen facilities. Highly recommend.”
